How far is BER Airport?
BER Airport is located only about 10 minutes by car from our accommodation. With the bus lines X7, X71 or N7, the travel time from BER Airport is approximately 25 minutes. 

Is there free parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly on the public street in front of the accommodation.  More information about getting here!

Can the car be parked free of charge for a longer period?
Yes, there are numerous public and free parking spaces around the accommodation. This allows you to conveniently leave your vehicle during a longer trip as well.

Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
No, the rooms do not have a private bathroom. Guests have access to a modern and well-maintained shared bathroom with WC. The bathroom is cleaned, disinfected, and carefully maintained daily. We kindly ask for respectful use of the shared areas.

Is there a kitchen?
No, a kitchen is not available. However, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses are provided in the rooms and may be used freely.

Are coffee and tea facilities available in the room?
Yes, the rooms are equipped with a kettle as well as complimentary water, instant coffee, and tea.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

Do the rooms have Smart TVs?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a modern Smart TV including Netflix.

Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.

How many people can stay in one room?
A maximum of 2 people can stay in all rooms.

Are children allowed in the accommodation?
For safety reasons, we can only accommodate children from the age of 12 years. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Is the accommodation located in a quiet area?
Yes, the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with mainly single-family houses in Berlin-Rudow. Despite the proximity to BER Airport, aircraft noise is hardly noticeable.

Is Berlin city center easily accessible?
Thanks to the excellent transport connections, you can reach Berlin city center quickly and conveniently. A bus stop is located just around the corner, and the Rudow subway station can be reached by bus in approximately 3 minutes.

Are long-term stays possible?
Yes, both short-term and long-term stays are possible.

Is the accommodation barrier-free?
No, the accommodation is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes the accommodation unsuitable for people with walking disabilities.

Are there parking spaces for bicycles?
Yes, a covered bicycle storage area is available in the rear garden area.

Is payment by debit or credit card possible on site?
No, currently only cash payment is possible on site, as no card payment terminals are available.
