House Rules
1. Room keys are issued only upon presentation of a valid photo ID during check-in. Each guest must personally enter their first and last name on the registration form and sign it by hand.
2. By staying at the accommodation, you automatically agree to comply with the house rules.
3. Rooms are rented per night. Check-in is possible between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out can be flexible and without personal handover, but must be completed no later than 11:00 AM on the following day. Please leave the room key and entrance key inserted in the door when leaving the accommodation. If the length of stay has not been specified, one night will be assumed by default.
4. Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
5. To help maintain a clean environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes in the ground floor hallway. This measure helps keep dirt and germs from outside away and preserves hygiene in our shared living area. Please leave the room clean and tidy.
6. For an extension of your stay, please inform the host by 9:00 AM on the agreed departure day. This does not constitute a reservation, but we will try to accommodate your request depending on availability.
7. In case of departure after 11:00 AM without prior arrangement, an additional overnight stay may be charged depending on availability.
8. The stay of unregistered persons in the guest rooms or accommodation is only permitted with prior approval from the host. Passing on or subletting the room to third parties is not allowed.
9. Children and minors under the age of 18 may only stay in the accommodation when accompanied by adults. Parents or legal guardians are liable for behavior and possible damages.
10. For organizational and safety reasons, stays are only possible for children and minors aged 12 years and older.
11. Smoking cigarettes and tobacco-related products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire accommodation (rooms, bathroom, hallway). In the event of a violation of the smoking ban, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of €200 for odor neutralization. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas. Please smoke exclusively in front of the entrance door on the ground floor.
12. Quiet hours apply throughout the accommodation from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During quiet hours, all persons are required not to disturb the stay and peace of other guests.
13. Every guest is required to behave carefully and responsibly within the accommodation, stairwell, bathroom, and all shared areas. The host assumes no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for accidents, falls, or injuries caused by personal negligence or careless behavior.
14. Due to fire safety regulations, the following actions are prohibited:
a) Use of immersion heaters and electrical devices not included in the room equipment (exception: chargers and power adapters for consumer electronics)
b) Open fire of any kind.
15. Please handle the provided technical equipment with care. If any damage is caused by you, please inform us immediately. In this case, repair or replacement costs will be charged to you. Please do not lose your room or entrance key. In the event of loss, please notify us immediately. A fee of €50 per lost key will be charged. Only in this way can we continue to maintain our accommodation in the best condition for all guests.
16. When leaving the room, the room door must be locked, and each guest should ensure that the door is actually secured. All electrical devices such as TV, lights, and kettle should also be switched off.
17. The host assumes no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
18. In the event of violations of the house rules, the host reserves the right to refuse further services. Persons violating the house rules must follow the host’s instructions, settle outstanding invoices and damages, and, if necessary, leave the accommodation. The host also reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who have previously caused property damage, personal injury, or disturbances.
19. In the event of an emergency, please inform us immediately. Please contact the host downstairs (ground floor). A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are located in the room.
